★保存方法 : 收到文旦後，可取出至於陰涼通風處，通常可放置3週以上，建議1個月內食用完畢

★最佳賞味時機：文旦外皮由綠轉黃，表皮稍皺，此時果肉最軟，水分充足且甜度高，是品嘗文旦的最佳時機

集天時地利的斗六老欉文旦，每年於白露的前後採收，經過10來天辭水熟成後，正逢中秋佳節，因此總是能及時滿足許多文旦愛好者一年一次的心願。精實小巧的斗六老欉文旦，捧在手中即有沉甸甸的扎實感，剝開後，即可看到一辦辦晶瑩剔透、飽滿多汁、軟米細緻的果肉，一口咬下，清甜滿溢，甜中帶酸的天然滋味，總是令人回味無窮。
