★包裝規格：每箱6KG，約8-12顆

★保存方法 : 

釋迦成熟後表皮極軟，不耐運輸，因此產地會選擇8-9分熟時採收，48hr-72hr內空運到港。收到釋迦後，請先檢查看看蒂頭處是否軟了，軟了代表已經成熟可食用，這時候就可以冰起來待用囉！

若蒂頭還硬，先不要冷藏，以免影響後熟！
